As an Investments Intern at LV Collective, Chris supports the underwriting and financial modeling of new development opportunities across both multifamily and student housing assets. He contributes to project decision-making by maintaining internal data sets, conducting market research, and identifying emerging trends in key national markets. With a sharp analytical mindset and strong attention to detail, Chris helps provide the insights that drive strategic investment decisions.
Chris is a junior at The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Economics with dual minors in Real Estate and Finance. He previously served as an Organization Assistant at Poncho Outdoors Outfitting, where he analyzed sales performance, managed inventory, and ensured operational accuracy. He also co-founded Highland Park Movers, leading operations, budgeting, and marketing strategy to grow a successful service business in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Beyond the classroom, Chris is actively involved in campus and community life. He is a member of Phi Gamma Delta’s executive cabinet, an analyst for the Texas University Securities Investment Team, and has held leadership roles in Phi Gamma Nu Business Fraternity. He also serves on the Florida Trip Leadership Team with Park Cities Presbyterian Church. A proud Dallas native, Chris is a devoted fan of all Dallas sports teams, a fitness enthusiast, and an unapologetic Star Wars and Harry Potter superfan.
