As General Manager of Daydreamer Phoenix, Hannah brings a dynamic blend of leadership, hospitality expertise, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. With a background in both management and customer service, she ensures that every aspect of the property runs seamlessly, from daily operations to team coordination and community engagement.

Before joining LV, Hannah honed her leadership skills as an Assistant Manager at Dutch Bros. Coffee, where she oversaw operations, team development, and customer service excellence. Prior to that, she worked as a bartender and server at Scapegoat Beer & Wine, further deepening her knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from New Mexico State University. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated dancer with over 21 years of experience and recently completed her fifth season with the WNBA Phoenix Mercury Hip Hop Squad. She also holds a Level 1 Sommelier certification, enjoys exploring new music, and playing with her two beloved cats.
