Josh is fully involved in all aspects of LV Collective’s growth and investment strategy including new market expansion, targeting acquisitions, structuring financing, raising equity, managing portfolio assets, and launching new developments.

Prior to joining LV, shortly after its inception, Josh spent 13 years in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, he led the real estate and development team for a national platform, overseeing the market analysis, site selection, acquisition, zoning, entitlement, and development processes. As a key member of the executive team, Josh was also involved in securing and structuring the capital required for the company’s projects. During his tenure, Josh’s strategic leadership and relationship management resulted in over $1.5 billion in new assets being added to the company portfolio. Josh’s diverse professional experience also includes experience managing institutional partners and investor relationships, overseeing property management and structuring tailored debt and equity alternatives.

Josh is passionate about having a positive influence on society. He has been a part of a number of community, professional and philanthropic initiatives with a variety of organizations serving and/or holding leadership positions with groups that include; The Hope Center for Kids, Passion City Church, LOVE ATLANTA, Operation Mobilization, Compass Academy for Dance and Konos Academy. He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Use and Economics, focused in commercial real estate with the addition of the CRE finance track. Josh and his wife Sarah have 5 children and live in Atlanta, GA.
