As the General Manager of Daydreamer Coffee, Lauren oversees daily operations at Daydreamer’s Waterloo and Rambler locations.

Prior to joining LV, Lauren worked as a Barista and Shift Manager for Thunderbird. She started her career in the coffee industry at her hometown coffee shop, Court Street Coffee Shop, back in 2015. She has worked in a variety of styles of coffee shops and counters over the years, but feels so at home with Daydreamer and LV Collective.

Lauren is obsessed with all things arts and crafts. She has taught herself how to crochet, do embroidery and cross-stitch, and sew by hand and with a sewing machine, but her absolute favorite medium is beading! The next thing on her list is sewing her own clothing pieces.
