As the Corporate Office Coordinator at LV Collective, Tatum ensures smooth daily operations in the corporate office by implementing efficient systems, managing vendor relationships, office maintenance, as well as supplies and expenses. She also plans in-house and off-site activities such as meetings, celebrations and conferences. 

Before joining LV, Tatum developed strong operational and client-facing skills as part of the Core Crew at Solidcore, where she managed studio logistics, retail operations, and cultivated a welcoming community atmosphere. She also worked as a Senior Student Associate on the University Events and Experiences Team at the University of Texas at Austin. There, she organized high-profile university events such as orientations and commencements, mentored junior associates, coordinated complex logistics and connected students, staff, and university leadership.

Tatum earned her Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a Business minor from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, she thrives on community and connection, coming from a bustling household of six (seven counting her dog, Chase). An avid foodie and fitness enthusiast, Tatum enjoys exploring new restaurants and attending workout classes. Her adventurous spirit has taken her around the globe through Semester at Sea, and she looks forward to future international travels and experiences.
