Andreé leads the team during the pre-development phase of projects through entitlement, permitting and design. He has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in managing and executing residential and mixed-use projects across the country.

With a robust foundation in architecture and a passion for driving transformative real estate projects, Andreé brings a unique blend of design acumen and strategic development expertise to the LV Collective.

Andreé earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a native Hoosier and Austin transplant who enjoys cooking, traveling and outdoor recreational activities.
