Turn and Move-In 2026 are officially complete across our student portfolio, and what this team pulled off is incredible!

4,190 beds turned, punched, and painted. 8,380 bed cleans. 1,121 carpet cleans. 16,760 quality walks. More than 4,000 residents moved in. Over 30,000 individual touch points across the portfolio.

And that’s just the numbers. Behind the scenes, our teams handled flood and storm warnings, last-minute curveballs, days that quickly turned to nights, and countless opportunities to make a new resident’s first day feel a little more special. Through it all, they kept showing up and finding ways to create a great move-in experience.

This is what LV is made of! Thank you to every team member who turned a bed, solved a problem, welcomed a resident, or created one of those small surprise-and-delight moments that made someone smile. You made it happen, and we could not be prouder.
