Brandon Threlkeld is Vice President of Finance at LV, where he leads financial operations across the firm’s development pipeline, operating assets, and hospitality platform. He oversees financial reporting for the firm’s corporate and investment entity structure, directs treasury and capital deployment, and serves as the primary finance counterpart to the firm’s lending and equity partners across the development and construction projects. Brandon drives project-level financial strategy, including construction draw oversight, and is currently building out the accounting organization to scale with the firm’s growing portfolio.
Brandon began his career in public accounting at PwC, serving on assurance engagement teams across the Financial Services and Real Estate sectors. He went on to join Aloha Capital as Vice President of Finance, where he led portfolio and financial reporting for a high-yield real estate debt fund comprising more than 300 active securities.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In 2021, he traded Denver for Austin, where he’s since put down roots. Outside the office, you’ll find him on the lake, on the golf course, or exploring Austin’s food and music scenes.
