As Director of Investments for LV Collective, Huntington assists in the underwriting process for both multifamily and student housing assets. He also leads market research for current and future developments and helps build and maintain LV’s contact base across national markets.

Huntington is originally from Allen, Texas. In 2022, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Corporate Finance and a Real Estate Certificate.

His interests include sports, traveling and volunteering in his local community. Although he is a native Texan, Huntington is named after the birthplace of his father, Huntington Beach, California.
