Paseo is a 48-story multifamily development planned for the heart of Rainey Street in Austin, Texas. We believe that the old bungalows, locally-run bars, and pedestrian-friendly streets are what make Rainey special and desirable to Austinites and visitors alike. We intend to add to Rainey and while maintaining its charm. The property will offer studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with expansive views of Austin from the upper floors. 28 units of the development are designated affordable housing.

Carefully curated, Paseo’s amenities will include a best-in-class fitness center with yoga and spin studios and an on-call property concierge. Residents will enjoy a private rooftop pool and sky lounge on floor 48, and amenity decks and coworking spaces with private work pods and collaborative conference rooms stretching from floors 11-13.

The tower’s ground and second-floor retail space will include several food and beverage concepts, over 5,000 square feet in size, and a dedicated 2,200 square foot space for Fleet Coffee serving coffee during the day and cocktails at night. The retail space facing Rainey Street will feature a special elevator lobby to take the public up to the 11th floor pool deck and bar. This will be Rainey Street’s first publicly accessible foray into the sky.
