The Project

Rambler Atlanta is a student-oriented project strategically located at 736 Peachtree Northeast, just a short walk from Technology Square and Georgia Tech’s campus. Ascending 19 stories, this landmark structure will grace the intersection of 4th Street and Cypress Street, placing residents in the heart of Midtown’s bustling shopping, entertainment, and food scene. At just under 800 beds spanning an impressive 467,000 square feet, Rambler Atlanta will offer a vibrant living environment for students with upscale amenities and a modern feel.

Not Your Average Amenities  

Rambler Atlanta will offer an upscale student living experience, complete with modern and carefully curated amenities. On the ground floor of the building, residents will find every coffee lover’s dream, an in-house coffee shop (Daydreamer Cafe) complete with cozy study spots seamlessly integrated into the building’s lobby space.  

On the second floor, residents can enjoy a study floor with nine private study rooms, six conference rooms, a kitchenette, and outdoor terrace for a bright and airy work space.

Up on the rooftop, you’ll find the show-stopping pool deck featuring a zero-edge pool, hot tub, and plenty of lounge-seating, perfect for a day of relaxation in the sun. Off the pool deck, is the fitness center, featuring fitness on demand rooms and a yoga studio and sauna with oversized windows for some of the best views of Atlanta.
