As Talent Development & Training Manager at LV Collective, Allie oversees learning and development initiatives across the company’s portfolio. She leads the development and continuous improvement of onboarding programs, training curriculum and scalable knowledge resources that support teams at every property. Working closely with department leaders, she designs role-specific learning paths, facilitates training and change management initiatives, and helps ensure consistent processes, operational excellence and best practices across the organization.

Prior to joining LV, she served as a Leasing and Marketing Assistant with Asset Living, where she helped lease up Rambler ATX. Her responsibilities included conducting tours, outreach and follow ups with prospects, creating social media content, and planning events.

Previously, she worked as an Operations Assistant and Product Photographer at Purnell, where she conducted inventory audits, maintained the website, and photographed clothing products.

In May 2024, Allie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, where she previously served as VP II, New Member Coordinator.

Allie is originally from Nashville, Tennessee but grew up in Santa Barbara, California. In her free time, you can find Allie cooking, playing board games, playing golf, or drinking matcha.
