As Director of Operations for Victory Lap and Side Piece Pies, Tyler Carr brings a hands-on leadership style and deep operational expertise to LV’s hospitality team. He oversees day-to-day execution and long-term strategy, ensuring that everything from staffing and training to systems, service, and supplier relationships runs seamlessly.

Before joining LV, Tyler spent several years with Pursuit Concepts, where he served as both Director of Operations and Regional Manager. In those roles, he led concept operations, opening new locations, standardizing procedures, and supporting on-the-ground teams.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin. During his senior year at UT, he was cheer captain when Texas won the National Championship!

Outside of work, Tyler is all about family. He and his wife Allison stay busy keeping up with their three kids and beloved family dog, Bailey. He also runs Austintatious Cheesecakes, a local cheesecake business.
