As a Sales and Training Intern at LV Collective, Haejun Lee supports leasing initiatives and team development efforts across the portfolio. From coordinating training for new hires to assisting with strategic leasing campaigns, she brings creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of collaboration to her role.

Before joining LV, Haejun served as a Senior Leasing and Marketing Assistant at Rambler ATX, where she helped lead leasing efforts, conducted housing consultations for incoming freshmen, and supported the onboarding process for new team members. She also worked on the Operations Team at Marble Health, playing a key role in therapist credentialing and onboarding to ensure timely access to mental health services for K-12 students across New York.

Haejun is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art at UT Austin, with an anticipated graduation in 2026.

Outside of work and school, Haejun enjoys baking and cooking for friends and family, painting scenes from her travels, and cheering on the Houston Astros.
