The Project
Rambler Northgate is a student-oriented high-rise development located at 725 University Drive in College Station, Texas, directly across from Texas A&M University. At 24 stories, the project will be the tallest building in College Station and will consist of 342 units and 922 beds across one through six-bedroom layouts with 100% bed-bath parity, delivering in summer 2028.
Planned amenities are designed to support academic success, wellness, and community connection, including a resort-style pool with multiple hot tubs, a jumbotron, Daydreamer Café, a multi-sport simulator and a mezzanine-level coworking space with private study rooms. Residents will also have access to a clubhouse, a fitness center with a yoga studio, sauna and cold plunge.
