Colm Flynn brings a strong hospitality background and an adventurous, people focused perspective to his role as Hospitality Experience Coordinator at LV Collective. With more than five years of bartending experience across Chicago, Ireland and Austin, Colm understands how to create welcoming environments, build memorable guest experiences and support smooth day to day operations.

Before joining LV, Colm worked with Victory Lap, where he started as a Bartender and quickly grew into a larger role supporting new bar openings, including the launch of the Columbus location. He was also involved in opening several other concepts, gaining hands on experience in hospitality operations, team support and customer service. Earlier in his career, Colm worked for the Environmental Protection Agency in Ireland as a Scientific Officer in the ambient air quality department, bringing a thoughtful and analytical approach to his work.

Colm earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Technology from Dublin City University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Analytics from Tennessee Wesleyan University. Originally from County Meath, Ireland, Colm has lived in Chicago and New York, backpacked through Southeast Asia and first discovered Austin during a road trip from Chicago.
