Khalil brings a strategic, people-focused approach to leasing leadership at LV Collective. As Director of Leasing, he helps guide leasing strategy across the portfolio, working closely with site teams to support occupancy goals and strengthen renewal performance. His work spans revenue management, renewals, concessions, site-team coaching, and close collaboration with marketing and operations to drive performance.

Prior to joining LV, Khalil served as Regional Manager at Asset Living, where he managed revenue strategy across a 3,500-bed portfolio and strengthened key client relationships. He previously held regional leadership roles with Coastal Ridge and The Scion Group, where he led pricing strategies, improved occupancy, coached sales teams, and supported major asset transitions.

Khalil earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Florida State University and his MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport. Originally from Orlando, he enjoys Austin’s strong sense of community, spending time in the gym, listening to music, and chasing adventure—he has been skydiving six times and hopes to earn his license.
