COLUMBUS, Ohio — October 8, 2025 — Rambler Columbus announced that Bagels & Co. has signed a retail lease at the property, bringing a new go-to spot for dining, socializing and studying near The Ohio State University campus in spring 2026.
Bagels & Co. will occupy a 2,660-square-foot space located on the ground floor of Rambler Columbus. Known for its extensive menu of fresh-baked, Brooklyn-style bagels and creative seasonal flavors, the cafe also serves La Colombe coffee, 25 varieties of cream cheese, and a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Bagels & Co., with indoor and outdoor seating, grab-and-go options, and online ordering, will deliver convenience for students’ daily lives.

Rambler Columbus is a student housing property that opened this fall at 222 W. Lane Ave., just steps from The Ohio State University campus. Developed by LV Collective, the property has over 800 residents on-site with top-tier amenities, offering the ideal destination for student living.
