AUSTIN, TEXAS – April 26, 2024 – LV Collective, an Austin, Texas-based real estate investment firm, was honored with seven awards, including the coveted Best New Off-Campus Development > 400 Beds at the Student Housing Business 16th Annual Innovator Awards. The awards were presented during the InterFace Student Housing Conference in Austin, Texas, hosted by Student Housing Business and France Media.
LV Collective and its project partners received the following awards, recognizing all three student housing projects that LV Collective delivered in 2023.
Whistler, located in Atlanta, GA near Georgia Tech, was honored with Best New Off-Campus Development > 400 Beds and Best Architecture/Design > 400 beds. Project partners for Whistler include Asset Living, JE Dunn, Niles Bolton Associates, and Variant Collaborative.
Rambler, located in Austin, TX near the University of Texas, was honored with four awards:
- Best Marketing & Lease-Up Program
- Best Social Media Campaign
- Best Mobile Marketing Campaign
- Best Community Name
LV’s marketing and leasing partners at Rambler include Asset Living, Gro Marketing and MBX Real Estate Creative.
Sweetwater, located in Gainesville, FL near the University of Florida, was named Best Interior Design > 400 beds. Sweetwater’s interior design is a collaboration between Variant Collaborative and LV Collective.
