AUSTIN, TEXAS – April 5, 2023 – LV Collective, an Austin, Texas-based real estate investment firm, was honored with four Innovator awards, including the coveted Best New Off-Campus Development > 400 Beds at the Student Housing Business 13th Annual Innovator Awards for its Waterloo project. The awards were presented during the InterFace Student Housing Conference in Austin, Texas, hosted by Student Housing Business magazine.

In addition to Best New Development > 400 Beds, Waterloo took home the prize for Best Architecture/Design, Best Interior Design with a budget over $250,000, and Best Marketing and Lease Up Program in the Off-Campus category.

Waterloo is the tallest tower in the University of Texas at Austin’s West Campus neighborhood. It is located at 2400 Seton, a few blocks from the University of Texas at Austin. Waterloo totals 229,728 square feet and holds 241 units and 796 beds. A highlight of Waterloo’s lobby experience is Daydreamer Coffee, which serves residents handcrafted espresso drinks, coffee, tea and artisan pastries and snacks. Outfitted with lounge seating, grills, a hot tub and waterfall edge pool that cascades into the city skyline, tenants have access to a rooftop amenity level with unobstructed views of both Downtown Austin, the Hill Country, and UT campus.
The Innovator Awards honor student housing owners, developers, operators, architects and universities for excellence in student housing development, marketing and operations.
