With a background in development and construction, Alex brings experience and acumen to projects across the country.

As a project manager, Alex ensures that LV’s multifamily and student housing developments are on track, on time, and on budget. He is responsible for the management of each construction project from day one to delivery, and he has a knack for solving any problem that comes his way.

Alex has extensive experience in construction and development management. Most recently, he served as a Development Manager for Trammell Crow in Austin, Texas, where he led the development process from design through construction and turnover for various office, industrial and multifamily projects. Previously, Alex was a Project Engineer for JE Dunn where he managed subcontractors for multiple student housing projects at the University of Texas.

Alex is a graduate of the University of Texas and holds two degrees in Architectural Engineering and Finance.

A real estate man by day, by night Alex is an active member of the Austin music scene. He is the co-founder, performer and manager in the local Austin band Night Cap.
