Alex Drake leverages his business acumen and problem-solving skills to achieve efficiency in the project lifecycle. He coordinates the organization of LV’s projects in various U.S. markets, from final phases of design through the completion of construction.

Previously, Alex worked for Hensel Phelps Construction Company, responsible for cost planning, project financial reporting, post contract services, value management, and due diligence. Alex was then promoted to a Lead Development Coordinator role at Hensel Phelps Development, serving as a development representative and liaison to project investors, lenders, and various stakeholders.

Alex earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Construction Management from Arizona State University. In his free time, Alex competes in triathlons, and enjoys hiking, hunting, and spending time in nature. When he’s not being active, you can find him relaxing in Austin’s famous Barton Springs with his fiancé and golden doodle, Basil.
