Anya Choy brings strong construction management experience and a calm, detail focused approach to her role as Manager, Construction at LV Collective. She supports project delivery through schedule and budget management, subcontractor coordination, quality control and close collaboration with clients, architects and project teams.

Before joining LV, Anya worked at Flintco, LLC, where she grew from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. In her role, she helped guide projects through each phase of the construction lifecycle, maintaining schedules and budgets while coordinating scopes of work and supporting successful delivery. Her experience includes large scale luxury residential and hospitality projects, as well as a cleanroom build out and expansion for microchip research tied to a Department of Defense initiative.

Anya earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. Born in Russia, she lived there until she was 13 and now stays close with her immediate family in Houston. Outside of work, Anya enjoys traveling with her fiancé, going to comedy shows and spending time with their three French bulldogs, who keep life busy, entertaining and full of personality.
