As a Construction Project Manager, Ben oversees all phases of project execution for LV’s Ann Arbor, Michigan project.

Ben brings over four years of industry experience, having previously worked at Greystar as a Senior Project Engineer, where he specialized in multifamily construction with responsibilities including value engineering, submittals, RFIs, and QAQC closeout processes. Before that, he was a Project Engineer at Whiting Turner, managing federal commercial projects for NAVFAC.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University. Outside of work, Ben is a proud Detroit sports fan and enjoys spending summers at Holland State Park and exploring northern Michigan with his silver lab, Luna. He’s also a fan of the vibrant social scene in downtown Grand Rapids.
