Brian brings a systems-minded approach and strong property accounting experience to LV Collective. As Senior Property Accountant, he oversees financials for LV’s in-house properties and assists with the transition of assets from third-party property management to internal operations. He also plays a key role in streamlining accounting processes and helping build systems that support the company’s growing portfolio.

Prior to joining LV, Brian worked as a Property Accountant at Lantower Residential, where he was responsible for real estate portfolios totaling 15 luxury multifamily assets. In that role, he focused on improving systems, refining processes, and building strong working relationships with on-site teams. He began his property management accounting career at Highmark Residential, overseeing financials for both in-house and third-party multifamily assets.

Brian earned his BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Baylor University. Originally from Mission, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley, he is an avid comedy fan and sports enthusiast. He grew up playing baseball and football, is a die-hard Raiders and Manchester City fan, and enjoys sand volleyball and pick-up football. Most importantly, he is the proud dog dad of Bailey, his chocolate lab-husky mix.
