As Senior Director of Development at LV Collective, Brittani Sanders leads the strategy and execution of site assemblage, design and entitlement, zoning, and land-use efforts across LV’s portfolio. She ensures each project is positioned for long-term success through careful planning and coordination across teams.

Before joining LV, Brittani was Vice President of Development at Portman Residential, where she oversaw the nationwide sourcing and execution of multifamily and student housing deals. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Acquisitions and Development at CRG and as a Project Manager at JLL.

Brittani earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Roosevelt University. Based in Georgia, Brittani enjoys life with her wife, their two young daughters, and two spirited dogs. A lifelong lover of water sports, she spends her free time surfing, traveling, and making memories by the water.
