As Vice President of Asset Management at LV Collective, Cody is responsible for optimizing portfolio performance and driving long-term value creation. He oversees revenue strategies, investment decisions, and risk management while leading financial reporting, stakeholder communications, and market analysis. With a focus on maximizing asset potential, Cody works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each property meets its strategic and financial objectives.

Before joining LV, Cody served as Vice President of Asset Management at GEM Realty Capital, where he led the asset management of a diverse, 13-property portfolio valued at over $700 million. His experience spans office, multifamily (both existing and development), retail, shopping malls, and manufactured housing. At GEM, he collaborated with senior investment staff, operating partners, property managers, and leasing teams to execute asset strategies, optimize operations, and drive investment performance.

Cody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin. Passionate about leadership and philanthropy, he co-founded and served as Vice President of the Chicago Young Leadership Board for the Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces (FIDF) and is an active member of the UT McCombs Real Estate Council Emerging Leaders Board. Outside of work, Cody enjoys golfing, playing tennis, hiking, and exploring new restaurants.
