Daniel brings a strong foundation in real estate accounting, financial reporting, and strategic oversight to LV Collective. As Controller, he oversees financial reporting and accounting functions across operating properties, acquisitions, developments, and corporate entities, helping ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across LV’s growing portfolio.

Prior to joining LV, Daniel served as Controller at Aspen Heights Partners, where he led accounting and financial reporting across operational and joint venture accounting, treasury, tax, and corporate functions while working closely with ownership and equity partners. He previously worked as an Accounting Manager at Hines and began his career at Deloitte as an Audit Senior, focusing on commercial real estate portfolios and REITs.

Daniel earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, he’s a huge soccer fan who enjoys Austin FC games, traveling to matches around the world, practicing breathwork, trying new restaurants, and working out with friends.
