As a Development Intern, David supports and assists the development team to facilitate market analysis, feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and project logistics, while working closely with the investment, construction, and executive teams.

Previously, David worked as a Superintendent Intern for a custom home building company, where he assisted in overseeing and managing the construction of custom homes throughout Central Austin.

David currently attends the University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a degree in Economics and a minor in Business with an expected graduation of May 2026.

David is actively involved in the West Austin Youth Association (WAYA), and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, where he was previously deemed “Student of the Year.” Additionally, he serves on the Executive Cabinet of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity at UT Austin.

In his free time, you’ll find David spending time outdoors with friends and family. A few of his favorite destinations to visit include the hill country, the Texas coast, and the beaches of Florida.
