As an Investments Analyst, David supports acquisitions, development and capital markets initiatives across LV. He conducts underwriting, market research and financial analysis to evaluate potential investment and development opportunities, and works alongside the investment team on deal execution, financing and due diligence.

Previously, David worked with LV’s development team to facilitate market analysis, feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and project logistics. Prior to that, he worked as a Superintendent Intern for a custom home building company, where he assisted in overseeing and managing the construction of custom homes throughout Central Austin.

David graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in economics and minors in business and risk management.

David is actively involved in the West Austin Youth Association (WAYA) and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, where he was previously deemed “Student of the Year.”

In his free time, you’ll find David spending time outdoors with friends and family. A few of his favorite destinations to visit include the Hill Country, the Texas coast and the beaches of Florida.
