Emily is dynamic, tactical, and passionate about all things sales and leasing.

In her role as Director of Leasing, Emily leads leasing initiatives for all LV student housing projects, ensuring heightened revenue and a robust leasing pace through strategic planning. At the forefront of market research and exploration, she plays a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the leasing department at LV Management.

Before joining LV, she served as a National Leasing and Marketing Associate Manager, Leasing and Marketing Manager, and Property Manager for Core Spaces. Her responsibilities included overseeing lease-ups across the Southeast Conference and managing oLiv Auburn. Emily also worked through the lease-ups at Hub Gainesville University and Hub Gainesville 3rd Avenue.

In her free time, you’ll find Emily walking with her dog, Leila, exploring restaurants in Austin, or planning her next trip to New York for a Broadway show. Emily holds a background in Journalism from Santa Fe College and furthered her studies in Marketing at the University of Florida.
