As Operations Manager at LV Collective’s Paseo, Garett drives seamless day-to-day operations across all operating partners, fostering alignment and collaboration to deliver a best-in-class resident experience. 

Before joining LV, Garett served as a National Operations Specialist at Article Student Living, supporting a national portfolio of student housing communities spanning new developments, lease-ups, and stabilized assets. He partnered with regional leaders and on-site teams to drive operational consistency, elevate resident experience standards, and support financial performance while leading training initiatives and refining systems during a period of rapid company growth. Prior to Article, Garett was a New Development Traveling Specialist at Park 7 Group, working across multiple markets to strengthen operations and guide communities through lease-ups, transitions, and stabilization. He played a central role in the Austin launch of a new development, leading brand positioning, social media strategy, and foundational systems setup to ensure a strong market entry. 

In his free time, Garett enjoys traveling to new cities, catching a good horror film, and spending time with friends. On fall Saturdays you’ll find him cheering on his Florida State Seminoles and reminiscing about his days at Doak.
