As National Sales Specialist, Grace supports leasing performance across the LV Collective portfolio, working with on-site teams to drive occupancy, strengthen sales strategy, and support consistent results across each property.

Grace brings a background in leasing, marketing, and strategic outreach, with experience developing data-informed campaigns, refining market positioning, and supporting resident engagement. Prior to joining LV, she led leasing and marketing initiatives at Sweetwater, where she executed targeted campaigns, enhanced brand presence, and helped create resident experiences that supported retention and community connection.

Her experience also includes merchandising at Luminary and sales management at Dream Gowns, where she developed a strong foundation in customer engagement, visual strategy, and sales execution.

She earned her degree in Advertising from the University of Florida and brings a creative, results-oriented approach to fast-paced, collaborative environments.
