Haley Johnson is the General Manager of Daydreamer at Rambler ATX, where she oversees daily operations and curates exceptional coffee experiences for residents and visitors alike.

Her journey in the coffee industry began at Daydreamer’s inaugural location, where she was the first barista hired. After honing her skills across two locations for over a year and a half, she expanded her knowledge at Fleet Coffee, gaining deeper insight into the coffee world and building her confidence as a barista.

Haley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2024 with a BA in Theatre and Dance Design and Technologies, complemented by minors in Arts Management & Administration and Media & Entertainment Industries.

Outside of her coffee career, Haley is passionate about theatre, journaling, film photography, and mental health advocacy. She’s also an avid dog-sitter and enjoys spending time with her two pups, Molly and Maggie, often journaling at Zilker Park or exploring Austin’s outdoor spaces.
