As Director of Investments, Harrison leads the investments process for developments spanning multiple asset classes across the country.

Harrison began his career as a leasing agent for student housing properties around the University of Texas. He later moved to work in market research for AQUILA Commercial in Austin, Texas. He focused on analyzing trends in the office market and supporting commercial brokers with data-driven analysis. Harrison joined the LV Collective team in 2019 where he has contributed to the development and underwriting of $400 million of real estate across the United States.

Harrison Williams is a native Austinite who is very active in his community. Harrison graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Certificate in Real Estate. While attending the University of Texas, Harrison was on the UT rock climbing team and participated in UT Real Estate events.
