Holly Sproull

As Director of Brand Marketing at LV Collective, Holly brings a dynamic blend of creative vision, strategic insight, and brand storytelling expertise to the team. With a background rooted in design and an eye for innovation, Holly leads LV’s brand initiatives with a focus on elevating the company’s presence across digital and physical platforms. From campaign development to experiential activations, she ensures every touchpoint reflects the LV brand with intention and impact.

Before joining LV, Holly served as Senior Creative Manager at Transwestern Commercial Services, where she led creative strategy across the Central Texas portfolio. There, she oversaw a team of marketing professionals and designers, driving cohesive brand experiences across media and environments. Her work spanned everything from logo design and digital campaigns to experiential branding and social media strategy.

Holly also brings experience from the hospitality and agency world, including roles at Hotel ZaZa and Studio Foray. At Hotel ZaZa, she spearheaded the Austin location’s brand launch and Grand Opening, overseeing creative direction, event production, and digital marketing across multiple properties. At Studio Foray, she focused on branding and packaging design for women-owned e-commerce brands, further honing her passion for visual storytelling.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama. Outside the office, you’ll likely find her on the tennis court, hitting a new Austin restaurant, or out on the water. She’s a twin, a run club regular, and a true lover of art and music.
