As Director of Investments for LV Collective, Huntington oversees the sourcing and underwriting process of both student housing and multifamily assets. He has served as the investment lead on more than $1 billion in student housing developments across national university markets. Since joining LV in 2021, Huntington has helped launch the firm’s national student housing development platform. He also leads market research and underwriting for future acquisitions and helps build and maintain LV’s contact base across markets nationwide.

Huntington is from Allen, Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Corporate Finance, along with a Real Estate Certificate, from the University of Texas at Austin..

Outside of work, Huntington sits on the boards of two Central Texas nonprofits, including serving as a founding board member and CFO of a Houston-based nonprofit organization. Although he is a native Texan, he is named after the birthplace of his father, Huntington Beach, California.
