Jack Williams brings a strong preconstruction and project management background to his role as Pre-Construction Manager at LV Collective. He is responsible for early engagement with general contractors, validating pricing assumptions and contracting preconstruction services to help guide projects toward a successful close. Jack works closely with GCs to develop final GMPs before handing projects off to LV’s construction management teams.

Before joining LV, Jack served as a Project Manager at CBRE, where he managed projects for Microsoft, including the Campus Modernization Project in Redmond, Washington, a large scale effort spanning more than 3 million square feet across 72 acres. He also managed healthcare construction projects for UnitedHealthcare across the U.S. Prior to CBRE, Jack worked as a Project Engineer and Project Manager at Venture General Contracting in the Seattle area, supporting ground up and tenant improvement projects for clients including Facebook, Amazon and Expedia.

Jack earned his degree in Construction Management from Washington State University. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and spending time in Austin.
