Jason is responsible for sourcing and underwriting prospective acquisitions across all property types and target markets. In addition, he assists the team in the development process from pre-construction to disposition. Jason helps with site selection, acquisitions, market analysis, zoning, entitlement, and the development process.

Prior to joining LV in 2020, Jason worked for a real estate private equity group in Austin where he fostered relationships with local and national owners to drive off-market acquisitions in the Urban Core of Austin.

Jason graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning with a focus in real estate development. Jason loves exploring the City of Austin, where he has lived since 2014.
