Joy Rouches brings a well rounded human resources background and a thoughtful, people focused approach to her role as Human Resources Manager at LV Collective. She supports the team across key HR functions, helping strengthen internal operations, employee experience, compliance and organizational support.

Before joining LV, Joy served as Director of Human Resources at Dunlap ATX, where she was the sole HR leader for a multi state hospitality group supporting approximately 150 employees across 10 venues and a management company. In this role, she oversaw payroll, benefits administration, 401(k), recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compliance, policy development, unemployment and workers’ compensation claims, audits and vendor relationships. She also partnered closely with executive leadership to support business operations and organizational effectiveness. Prior to Dunlap ATX, Joy worked as an Estimating Coordinator and Marketing Specialist at Journeyman Construction, supporting preconstruction, bid preparation, RFP responses, proposals, client presentations and brand visibility.

Joy has continued her education in human resources, compliance and employment law. Outside of work, she enjoys large puzzles, baking sourdough bread, spending summer days on the lake, visiting a good dive bar and all things billiards.
