Kat is a go-getting creative contributor on the LV Marketing team. She takes pride in finding innovative design solutions that enhance forward-thinking marketing strategies.

As the Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator, Kat designs and executes marketing initiatives at the corporate level and across all multifamily and student housing properties in LV’s portfolio.

Her career prior to LV began at design and marketing agency DOXA/VANTAGE in Fayetteville, Arkansas. There she assisted in branding and design work for a variety of clients including Bentonville Film Festival, Freshgrass Festival, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and The Momentary Contemporary Art Museum. After moving to Austin, Kat led marketing efforts as the Digital Designer for Packed Party, a woman-owned lifestyle product manufacturing company, with a global presence. During her first year, her work contributed to the highest year in revenue for the company. Drawing from her agency and in-house experiences, Kat thrives on the opportunity to work on a multitude of brands under LV Collective.

As a Dallas native, Kat attended Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, the alma mater of artists such as Erykah Badu and Norah Jones.

Kat graduated from The University of Arkansas Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History. She loves Northwest Arkansas but has easily learned to call Austin home. In her free time, you can find Kat walking Fossil, her beloved golden retriever, going to run club, and discovering new places to eat around the city.
