Keely wears many hats and wears them well. She is creative, organized, and empathetic – qualities that make her perfect to help LV Collective quickly scale its operations.

As Director of Corporate Operations, Keely is charged with making LV an amazing place to work and helping the company scale. She oversees all operations, human resources, office management, and event planning.

Prior to joining LV, Keely was Human Resources Manager for Techline, Inc. in Austin, Texas where she established and managed all human resources, including benefits, compliance, expense reporting, workers comp, recruitment, and payroll. She also helped develop a company wellness program and directed all branding and marketing communications for the firm. Previously she served as Creative Services Coordinator and Graphic Designer for Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.

Keely earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas Christian University. She moonlights as an artist and graphic designer.

Keely has an adorable pandemic pup, Kekoa, who can often be found in her lap at the office most Fridays.
