As Senior Vice President of Property Management at LV Collective, Louie Colella brings over a decade of experience leading high-performance leasing, marketing, and operations strategies across the student housing and multifamily sectors. At LV, Louie leads property management strategy across the portfolio, driving operational optimization, leasing performance, and long-term asset value.

Prior to joining LV, Louie served as Vice President of Leasing & Operations at CRG, where he oversaw leasing, marketing, and operational performance from pre-development through stabilization. He also held the role of Director of Marketing at 29th Street Capital, guiding national marketing strategies to drive leasing performance and portfolio growth.

Earlier in his career, Louie held multiple leadership positions at CA Ventures, most recently serving as Senior Director of Leasing and Marketing. In that role, he led national strategy for a large portfolio of student housing and multifamily assets. As Director of Operations at CA Ventures, he launched and led Caliber Leasing Group, a new business line responsible for the branding, marketing, and leasing strategy of the firm’s new development multifamily assets.

Louie earned his B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a concentration in Architecture & Real Estate Development. He’s been recognized among the University of Maryland’s “30 Under 30” and is a two-time CAMME Award winner for innovative marketing and model unit design. Beyond his professional accolades, Louie served as a volunteer firefighter with the Lower Merion Fire Department.

Originally from Philadelphia, Louie spent several years in Chicago, where he met his partner Connor. Outside of work, you can often find them exploring the city with their Golden Retriever, Wiley.
