Madison is high energy, strategic, and passionate about all things sales and leasing.

As VP of Leasing, Madison oversees leasing efforts for all student housing for LV Collective, ensuring revenue growth and successful leasing velocity through effective strategy and planning. Madison also leads market research and exploration, influencing critical project decisions.

Prior to LV, Madison served as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Landmark Properties, where she managed the lease-up for The Standard Austin. Previously she worked as Lease Up Specialist with Spaces Management in partnership with 908 Group, offering a range of property management services, including managing The 9 at Memphis, The 9 at Rio, and The 9 at West Campus.

Madison attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. In her free time, you will find Madison enjoying walks with her golden retriever, Olsen, cheering on the Carolina Panthers, or planning out her next scuba trip.
