As Senior Regional Manager, Margie serves as an operations leader for LV’s on-site teams, acting as a key liaison between property ownership and corporate initiatives to ensure excellence across the portfolio. 

Margie brings over 16 years of property management experience to the role. Most recently, she served as Regional Manager at Asset Living, leading operations for on-site teams while bridging ownership priorities with company-wide goals. Prior to that, she held community and property manager roles at Asset Living, Scion Group, Copper Beech Townhomes, and Club Properties, building deep expertise across a wide range of housing communities. 

Margie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from South University. Throughout her career she has remained deeply committed to her community. She was a founding member of the Statesboro Area Apartment Association and served as a board member and executive leader from 2004 to 2009, spearheading fundraising initiatives and a school supply drive that benefited over 300 local children. Born in Germany as part of a military family, Margie now lives outside of Savannah, GA with her husband and their four boys, where they are building a barndominium and starting their own family farm.
