Matt Wolski is an entrepreneurial leader with deep roots in Austin’s hospitality and tourism industries. As a Hospitality Director at LV, Matt oversees the operations and strategic growth of Victory Lap and Tiger Lilly.

Before joining LV, Matt founded Found Texas, a hospitality and tourism marketing firm focused on elevating Texas-based brands through innovative digital strategies and community-driven initiatives. He also serves as Principal at Pursuit Concepts, where he leads efforts in holistic space branding and development for brands such as Idle Hands, Parlor & Yard, Other Racquet Social Club, NADC Burger, Lustre Pearl Houston, and more.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics with a specialization in Genomics from St. Edward’s University. Outside of work, he remains active in the Austin community, particularly through his involvement with the Rainey Street Business Coalition.

A proud native of Ohio, Matt is a dedicated supporter of the Browns, Cavaliers, and Guardians. He is also an avid traveler, having accomplished his lifelong goal of visiting all seven continents before the age of 30.  He and his wife, Jenny, reside in East Austin with their rescue dog, Ralph.
