As an Investments Analyst at LV Collective, Max plays a key role in evaluating new opportunities and supporting the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. He contributes to the underwriting process, market research, and deal execution, working closely with the investments team to ensure informed, data-driven decision-making across the company’s portfolio.

Before joining LV, Max gained valuable real estate experience through multiple roles at Discovery Land Company, including Project Coordinator Intern, Real Estate Sales Intern, and Client Relations. During his time there, he contributed to the sale of over $45 million in real estate, while strengthening his skills in project management, communication, and high-level client service within luxury real estate environments.

Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. He also participated in the Semester at Sea program, studying international business across 13 countries, and completed the Real Estate Investing and Analysis Certificate Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

A licensed Texas real estate professional, Max brings a global perspective to his work, shaped by his travels to over 25 countries and summers spent in Germany with family. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, he enjoys golfing, exploring new places, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans.
