As VP of Alternative Investments, Miles leads the strategic planning and execution of alternative investment strategies within the LV portfolio.

Active in the commercial real estate sector since 2013, Miles began his career at Ernst and Young in their Financial Services Office, focusing on Private Equity Real Estate. He advanced to Senior Associate, leading a team on one of the largest private equity funds in the state. He then moved to Sonder, serving as Head of Real Estate in Austin, where he helped expand the company’s physical footprint in the city. Most recently, as a Development Associate at Pearlstone Partners, Miles led acquisition underwriting on projects worth over $300 million and assisted with the debt and equity procurement for various developments across Austin.

Miles graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a Masters and Bachelors in Accounting while swimming collegiately.
