Monica Samson brings strong student housing experience and a thoughtful, relationship driven approach to her role as Regional Manager, New Development at LV Collective. She supports new development operations with a focus on team leadership, leasing performance, marketing strategy and creating a strong resident experience from the ground up.

Before joining LV, Monica worked with Cardinal Group as Area Community Manager for The Ruckus and Corner in Austin, where she oversaw three student housing communities totaling 613 beds and led a team of 18. Prior to that, she served as Portfolio Sales & Marketing Manager at Cardinal Group, working directly with LV Collective through a Private Label relationship. In that role, she supported four assets across leasing and marketing while also helping create standard operating procedures to strengthen consistency across the portfolio.

Monica earned her Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Oregon. Originally from Los Angeles, she is a proud Lakers fan who loves traveling, going to concerts, discovering new coffee shops and staying active with trail walks or pilates. She is also very obsessed with her dog, Koda, even if Koda is not quite ready for office life.
