As Director of Asset Management, Nathan optimizes asset value within LV’s growing student and multifamily portfolio.

Prior to joining LV, Nathan worked for Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Financial Analyst where he oversaw capital investments. Before joining AWS, he served as an Analyst at Aspen Heights working on asset management.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin, where he served on the University of Texas Real Estate Fund.

In his free time, you’ll find Nathan playing soccer, running Town Lake before cooling off with a swim at Barton Springs, or exploring new restaurants in downtown Austin.
